Our elderberry syrup is made from American elderberries (Sambucus canadensis) grown right here on our Kentucky farm—not the European variety commonly found in commercial syrups. Because American elderberries contain fewer cyanogenic precursors, we’re able to keep the full integrity, flavor, and benefits of the berries intact without heavy boiling during processing.
We blend our berries with organic cinnamon, ginger, and cloves for a warm, comforting flavor and the additional benefits these spices add. Finally, we add our raw, unfiltered, certified Kentucky honey for a delicious syrup the whole family will love!
