Receive three bouquets of seasonally available farm fresh flowers-one for each month April through June 2025. The mixed bouquets will include seasonal flowers such as tulips, peonies, ranunculus, and a variety of other locally grown beauties. Each carefully crafted bouquet will be provided in a specialty vase with floral preservative and care instructions to maximize the life of your blooms.
These will be conveniently available for pick-up at Vibe Coffee in Hodgenville or at Grandview Farm starting in April 2025. Recipients will receive an introductory email in early April and an email containing the all the pick-up details in the week prior to each pick-up.

Please include the recipient’s name, email address, and telephone number in the order notes during checkout. We will not contact the recipient until April 2025.
GRANDVIEW BOUQUET SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a Grandview Farm Flower Subscription for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
PAYMENT
I understand that once I pay for my subscription, I have secured my place in the Grandview Farm Bouquet Subscription for the respective season. There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation but Grandview will be happy to work to accommodate an alternate person or local charity to provide the bouquet if given minimum 24-hours advance notice.
START DATES
I understand that the start date of each flower subscription is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I am aware that Grandview will communicate via email to inform all members of updates and the official start date, and that it is my responsibility to contact Grandview via email at grandviewfarmky@gmail.com if I am not receiving notifications near the projected start date.
PICKING UP MY FLOWERS
I understand that my flowers will be delivered monthly to the pick-up location. If I am out of town or unable to pick up my flowers for any reason, I understand that I will be allowed one pick-up modification as long as I communicate that at least 24-hours prior to the pick-up date. Otherwise, I understand that it is my responsibility to find a substitute to collect my bouquet. I understand that if my flowers are not picked up on the designated day, within the designated time, the bouquet will be donated at the discretion of the farmer. I will not receive credit or a refund for any bouquets that I do not pick up.
I agree to not arrive early or late to the pick-up location expecting my bouquet to be available. I understand that the pick-up location is also a place of business, and that I am not to interrupt or distract the staff in the course of their normal duties.
SHARING THE RISK
I understand that Grandview Farm cannot control the weather or acts of God. If complete crop failure occurs and the order cannot be filled, Grandview will offer bouquets of equal value in subsequent seasons. Refunds will not be available.
COMMUNICATION
I understand that email is how Grandview Farm communicates updates and changes. By signing up for the subscription, I understand that I will be added to the email list, and I agree to add grandviewfarmky@gmail.com to my email contacts.
